Riyago ("we", "our", or "us") built the Contacts App for Elders as a Paid commercial app. This software service is provided by Riyago and is intended for use completely as is.

1. Information Collection and Use

Contacts App for Elders requires active runtime access to your device's native address book (Contacts) strictly to execute its core visual functionality: displaying your contact listings as large photo tiles and allowing immediate execution of voice calls or WhatsApp routing directly from the interface.

• Local Processing Only: All reading, parsing, mapping, and updates of your contact data happen locally on your physical hardware.
• Zero Remote Collection: We do not collect, monitor, log, scrape, upload, transmit, or cache your personal details, names, phone numbers, or contact photos to any remote network servers. Your information remains completely personal and private to you.

2. Third-Party Integration

The app triggers the local hardware dialer intent and native WhatsApp configurations to launch communication activities. No third-party data tracking tools, analytic suites, behavioral monitoring scripts, or advertising SDK bundles are integrated inside our app framework.

3. Security Architecture

Because no individual personal profile information or data files are collected or processed over internet connections by this application software, your address book information remains exactly as secure as your personal physical device environment itself.

4. Updates and Compliance
